Jona Boeddinghaus

Strategy Lead / CEO

Jona is co-founder and Managing Director of Daiki and Gradient Zero. Jona earned degrees in Philosophy, Computer Science, and Cognitive Science from the University of Freiburg. He is an expert in software development and AI Ethics. After several years in industry he founded his own venture craut interactive which he sold in 2014. Before Daiki Jona held several senior management roles in machine learning companies.

Artur Susdorf

Chief Tech Officer

Artur is co-founder and CTO of Daiki and Gradient Zero. He earned degrees in Computer Science with focus in Graphics and Image Processing Systems. After several years in industry he founded an independent game developer studio which he sold 2012. Before Daiki and Gradient Zero Artur was working as a freelancer for several companies in Germany and Switzerland.

Wolfgang Groß

Chief AI Officer

Wolfgang is co-founder and Chief AI Officer of Daiki and Gradient Zero. He earned degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science with a focus on Machine Learning and Neural Networks. In the past few years in industry he developed state of the art Machine Learning algorithms with a focus on multivariate time series forecast, which has been applied in the finance sector with great success.

Paolo Campigotto

Senior Data Scientist

Dr. Paolo Campigotto is a Senior Data Scientist at Gradient Zero. He holds a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Trento. Paolo has over ten years of experience as a data scientist, from university research to business applications with a focus on data-driven decisions.

Craig Lincoln

Senior Data Scientist

Dr. Craig Lincoln works at Gradient Zero as a Senior Data Scientist and machine learning expert. He holds a doctorate in physical chemistry and has many years of experience as a data scientist. Craig has focussed his data science career on developing tools and solutions to protect individual's data privacy and ethics while maintaining the usefulness of machine learning products.

Dominik Lemm

Data Scientist

Dr. Dominik Lemm is a Data Scientist at Gradient Zero. He holds a PhD in physics from the University of Vienna, focusing on machine learning and quantum chemical simulations. Dominik is an expert in developing state-of-the-art machine learning solutions and has worked as a consultant in various industries over the past few years, specializing in generative AI and deep learning

Mauritz is the Founding Director of the Stanford Center for Responsible Quantum Technology at Stanford University, Founder of MusicaJuridica and strategic intellectual property lawyer at AIRecht, a technology consultancy firm based in Amsterdam. His academic work on regulating AI, machine learning training data and quantum technology has been published by Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Berkeley, and others. Mauritz studied IP, contract law, and law & biosciences at Stanford Law School, VU University, and Maastricht University.

Mark Coeckelbergh

AI Ethics Global Lead

Mark is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Vienna. He is Associate Editor of the journal AI & Society and member of many editorial advisory boards. He is also active in policy advice, e.g. as member of the EU High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham. Mark is the author of numerous journal articles and 14 books, including “AI Ethics” and "Introduction to Philosophy of Technology".

Paula Cipierre

Director of Data Ethics and Innovation at ada

Paula Cipierre is Director of Data Ethics & Innovation at ada Learning GmbH, where she helps customers develop and implement AI strategies in accordance with regulatory obligations. Previously the Head of Privacy & Public Policy at Palantir Technologies, she has researched and worked at the intersection of data protection, data ethics, and the digital world for more than a decade. Paula holds degrees in French Literature (Princeton), Public Policy (Hertie School), Media Studies (NYU), and IT Law (University of Edinburgh). She is a certified privacy, information security management, and AI governance professional.

Jeannette Gorzala

CEO & Founder at Act.AI.Now

Jeannette is a leading expert in the European AI landscape, recognized for driving advancements in AI governance, literacy, and policy. With over 15 years of experience in international commercial law, she has earned a reputation as one of Austria's foremost legal advisors in the AI and technology sector. Jeannette has founded several initiatives, in particular ACT AI NOW, addressing the growing demand for robust AI governance frameworks and literacy programs.
